Sita Software was founded in 2009 with a clear purpose: to build enterprise software that actually works for Nepali organizations. At the time, most accounting and banking systems were either imported foreign products ill-suited to Nepal's regulatory environment, or outdated legacy tools held together with workarounds.
We started with GAPS - a comprehensive accounting system - and grew from there. Today, our software powers cooperatives, schools, hospitals, government agencies, and even Nepal Rastra Bank itself.
